So, I pulled up the "Properties" of all of my hard drives a few minutes ago, lined them up and took a screenshot:

7 drives, totaling 15.668 TB.

8k porn?
Nope. Don't need it.
Ahhh, a eunuch.
Married.
Well congratulations Iggy on finding a lady that satisfies your sex drive.

I havent ever found a woman who was down for it as much as I am.

Well. There was one. But she was crazy and she would just give blowjobs all the time. Which is actually better.

No one believed me. And having my share of woman after, I see why no one believed me.

Also. Thats a crazy amount of data for it not being porn.

My ISP sucks and sends me letters everytime I download something.
Who'd of thunk it. Guy posts screenshot of multiple small hard drives for some reason, other guys start talking about porn.
Yawn.
I'd rather know why he has this many hard drives and why not consolidate into one SS drive. I'm all for saving old computer gear (half my office room is full of old gear) but why go through the effort to post this?

Edit: I thought it was GB at first glance. TB? Even more reason to consolidate.
For real Iggy, if it ain't porn, what do you possibly have? I know you've recently got a newer PC so I know it's not all steam.
I have 700GB of music/drum samples on one hard rive and it's an endless. I'll never need all of them.

Unless you're downloading movies via Torrent or have massive amounts of midget porn, I don't know what else to think. Too much space, too many hard drives.

Plenty of married people don't have sex.

I want to make the joke of "Sex DRIVE?! More like PUTT!!" but some of you guys might take me seriously. ????

My Steam library is actually spread across multiple drives, because I had started with the 1tb and 2tb drives, then added the 3tb drives when I found them on clearance. Thinking on it, the Recovery volume might be on the internal 1tb drive that came with the system.

My iTunes library is what's nuts. Over 120 movies, 420 music videos, "home videos"(stuff I've downloaded from YouTube, mostly), no clue how many mp3s and bought albums/songs(which don't take up much individually).... All that HAS to be on a single drive.

On top of that, the old VHS home movies I had, which are now stored digitally(those fuckers take up some serious space).

I don't do Torrents, but I do have access to a website for ripped DVD/Blu-Ray content. For the most part, though, I use it for stuff I can't get here otherwise(in the US), or to "preview" something I'm not sure I'm going to like.

Finally, I'm still looking to dip my hand back into video editing. Which is why I bought the model of PC I bought, and didn't hesitate when I found that 8tb drive at the price I did.

As for consolidating.... I learned a long time ago, never put all your eggs in one basket(at least, not the real important shit). My old VHS tapes that I converted to digital last year, I've got copies of those on multiple drives, plus some of them have been stored "off site" on YouTube. The same with all of the pictures Rose and I took in Germany. I literally cried when the old drive I had them on crashed on me and was unrecoverable... and cried again when I found the DVD backups I'd made and forgot I had.

Wake me up when you're managing several hundred TB across 3 sites.
Oh snap, Iggy.
Angry Salad just took a byte out of you
I don't sweat that punk.

?
Best to cap it at 7 drives. It's a slippery slope that leads to running a standalone NAS, and then eventually an iSCSI SAN for a home lab.
^^ Fellow network nerd identified.

Meet my friend, Fibre Channel.
My nas is only at 10.5tb :0

I was going to say, that sounds like an old SCSI limitation.

iSCSI is SCSI over Ethernet, same thing from the perspective of the OS but different implementation. The number of iSCSI connections is only limited by network bandwidth and the capacity of disk I/O.
